How long will it take to complete my order?
We have a very efficient service but we do appreciate 4-6 weeks to complete and send
your order.

Can I use an alternative font or wording on the front or insert of the invite?
Yes, We have designed each of our invites to have its own unique font, although any
from our Font List can be used on the card front and insert if this is your preference.
We can change the wording on the front of the invite, instead of Wedding Invitation we can print your names & wedding date or anything you want.

Can I order stationery items that are not on your list, as I would like Posters and Camera Tags that match my wedding stationery?
Yes, we can produce whatever stationery requirements you want. just ask and we will
quote a price.

Can I order my invites and then when I know final guest names and numbers order my place-settings, Menus, Order of Service etc?
Yes, if you require co-ordinating items from the range but have not finalised the necessary details, don’t panic. Feel free to order your stationery in stages, but when doing so bear in mind that orders under £250 we charge £7.00 P&P, orders over £250 we charge £10.00 P&P.

Regarding the Order of Service, by "printed" what does this mean?
This means we print the Order of Service insert details, we will then send a proof for you to check before going to print. The printed price includes six A5 sides, extra pages will be charged at .25p per side.

How and when do I pay?
We send an invoice with your proofs, we ask for this to be paid before we procced with
your wedding stationery order.
